To transform Eileen Fisher’s digital presence, we took a modular approach using Salesforce Page Designer, allowing for flexible and dynamic content updates that aligned with the brand’s refreshed identity. Our strategy focused on enhancing the user experience across all touchpoints, integrating omnichannel capabilities to seamlessly connect the online and in-store shopping journeys.

The Solution

We delivered a full redesign of Eileen Fisher’s website, updating the brand’s digital presence to align with its refreshed identity. A new editorial section, managed through Salesforce Page Designer, was added to enable easy content updates. We also implemented Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) capabilities, creating a seamless omnichannel experience. Additionally, the checkout process was optimized using platform tools to streamline the shopping journey and reduce cart abandonment.
